Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Dr Whitehead is very thorough and listens to any concerns and offers excellent feedback. They will help and guide you with frame selection without pressuring you to purchase from them. I did however, buy my glasses from them. The price is good and the convenience and selection is great.

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Gave me print out of my RX so I was not obligated to purchase glasses through them. Printed out all my insurance information and break down on the frames and options I was considering choosing so I could take it home and think about it. Everything is ready in their computer if I choose to move fwd with the order. They even order in the frames I’m considering in a different color so I can see what they look like.

The staff there are so nice and accommodating!! I stepped on my glasses and mangled them. But they fixed them with no problem.. Dr Whitehead is pleasant and very informative!!

I had a great experience at Vision Source. The front desk was very nice. Bonnie was an excellent tech and kept me from getting nervous. Dr. Tilley was very thorough and caring and took his time with me. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and helpful when it was time to order my glasses. I went back later for an adjustment, and Cynthia did a great job adjusting my glasses so that I could see clearly. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend them!

My husband had to go in for some reading glasses!❤️ The ladies at the front desk were very nice to us. Dr Tilley was very informative and knowledgeable and we both liked him a lot!
